Legal Capacity for Good Governance

The society shall endeavour– 

a) to legally empower people through legal capacity building; and
b) to build legal capacity of the poor and the marginalized to enable them to protect their rights, pursue their own interests, and demand accountability and responsiveness from government agencies and public institutions.
